Initially FindIt will run.. But when I find more then one item or open a corpse AC locks up. Is there something us Vista users need to do? Or is there something else I am missing?

Gracias!

Hmmm...I am using Find It! 2.9.7 on vista (ultimate) without a problem with the exception it doesn't play the proper audio/wave files for the detection sounds, it just beeps.

You need to post your decal export so we can see if it's not something else causing the problem.

I also suggest you go to Decal Dev Forums were you will have a better chance of getting Gouru's and other's help on the It! series of plugins.

I will guarantee you it is NOT a Vista problem. Find It! has been working on Vista since Beta 1.

And as one of the developers that worked on Vista I can tell you I'm DAMN tired of people blaming Vista everytime their toilet backs up.

I have to admit there are some issues with decal running on vista, but overall everything is running fine.

Is your decal and all your plugins installed somewhere *other* than in your *program files* folder? Documents is a really good place.

In the sticky about decal and vista, it mentions program files is a lot more protected then in other operating systems. I installed everything to documents/acplugins/ and overall everything is working fine.
