Is there a program that plays sounds only when ana dmin /t's or is in the area, as oppposed to LTX that does it when any rnadom person messages you. Thanks

There was a big push not too long ago to remove any such functionality from any/all plug-ins. In fact (and I don't know if this is still the case) Lifetank for a time would not even function if someone actually had a separate plug-in loaded that did have ban/admin evading properties. I am not sure, as if/when I run Lifetank, I don't run anything else.
