Are you able to still create an account and upload your quest timer data for download on other computers?
Option is still there but do not know if it's a discontinued option.

Yes, it still works. You create an account simply by putting in a user name and password, then uploading your quest information. If the account doesn't exist, it'll automatically be created. If you're having problems creating the account, post back and I'll help you out.
