LTX problem please help

Lifetank works great on all my characters but one...I get an error I click OK and then LTX is off my decal bar, any information will help, I cant even get the error log because it closes out

Check the Debug.txt file in your LifeTankX\Profiles\ToonName (SV)\Logs\ folder
