Ok, decal was working fine until the downtime this morning. Was in game when they gave the 2 minute warning logged out, and when I tried to log in this evening no decal menu appears at all ingame.

Rebooted the pc, no dice

Tried updating, no dice.

/e is very confused...

I doubt it "suddenly broke" since the issue is that you have remnants of an old ACDualClient install hanging around without actually having ACDualClient installed. If it didn't work, it wouldn't have worked since then. It wouldn't just all of the sudden stop working.

So re-install ACDualClient, run it once, close it, then uninstall it if you do not want to use it anymore. It should fix your problem.

Thank you Drakier, that was it.

I uninstalled Dual Client yesterday and forgot I had done it, reinstalled it and it worked again.

If I try and uninstall dual client again from control panel| add/remove programs, it breaks again, until I re-install it, so I just left it installed.

Thank you again for the quick help , I am sure the guild are happy to have the buff bot back

you MUST RUN it once first.

on Close of ACDualClient (7.2.2) it removes that ACDCClient.exe

RUN it once, then close it normally. Your export should no longer show the ACDCClient.exe and instead should just show acclient.exe

When that is the case, you can uninstall ACDualClient and it should work properly.

Thank you for pointing out the bit I failed to read properly the first time ;-)

The problem with computer guys is they think they can skim-read instructions and know what they are doing.. lesson learned

Thanks again for the assistance!
