Does Lifetank have an option for Item-only toons? I get mana for buffing from Elixirs and Ulgrim.

The only way I could see it working is if you had someone with you infusing you with mana. Otherwise it won't work

Lifetank for item only is relatively easy. Buy/find/trade for as many stamina elixers (Many people sell Philtres) or Elaborate Rations as you can carry. Identify these items for rejuvination, and DISABLE buffing. You're guy will run until he runs out of Stam items.
