Hi, Posting this for a friend so please excuse the lack of a decal export, will try to get hold of that.


The problem is this


If Decal is running then aclauncher fails to launch, I presume this is to do with the achooks, he has removed decal and removed the registry settigns with the decal registry cleaner and re installed to no avail, does anyone have any ideas?

Without a decal export its hard to diagnose a problem. The only thing I can suggest is to make sure your friend has run windows live update and that he gets the latest video drivers from the manufacturer of his video card.

You have a bad installation of LifeTank (missing the Darkside Filter).


I'd suggest un-installing that and see if you can get in game.

Other than what is listed above your export looks fine. The video drivers are not that old but it couldn't hurt to try to install the latest ones. The link is below.
