Any similiar plug-ins like Virindi Chat System?

Looking for something that can be set to play different sounds for allegiance tells, vassel tells, patron tells, fellowship tells, etc
Use to be able to do it with Virindi Chat System, but it is no longer available apparently. Know anything similiar that may work?

http://decal.zegeger.net/ for AgentZ.
I lost the installer for VCS, but if you still want to install it manually: http://www.virindi.net/plugins/junk/vcs.zip
Put wildcards.dll in your windows/system32 directory and use decal to add plugin with browse.
