To be honest, it's unlikely to be Vista that's the problem- I'm fairly sure there's other users with vista that have been able to get it to work. Post an export.

MiniMap functions perfectly for me with Vista. I only had one Decal plugin not function correctly when I made the change to Vista, and that was 'The Deep'.

You installed the game, decal, and your plugins into something like C:\Games right?
