Yaroz was kind enough to put up the 3rd and final version of my calculator up on his site at:

The calculator has had a few bugs fixed and I've added iron-granite calculations including a reverse tink calculator so you can check partially tinked items to see if they were truly max damage. It will also show all imbues at once and takes into account armor level for armor rendering. I couldn't figure out negative AL's though (thanks for trying with me Yertle) so those are not accurate.
The calculator still allows for character design including all skills and current augs with multiple goals as well as a tinkering calculator that shows all percent chances for all tinks on one screen with any rare combination as well as the workmanship of salvage needed.
As before it still requires the .NET 1.1 framework which can be downloaded directly from the Microsoft website if you don't have service pack 2.
