I know Vista users have lots of trouble, anyone running 64, AC, and Decal?
Any known issues, or is it relatively painless?
How about other game support, haven't tried 64 since it was in beta.
Thank you for any info!

I run vista 64 with ac decal and dual client, i found that everything works better if you don't install it in the program files directory.

so, would c:\program files\games\ac work,
or do you mean c:\games\ac?
Good to know, I'll pull it out and get it installed.

My 64 is running excellent ..
In answer to your question, c:\Games\AC is the form you should be using. This is a Vista issue. As for XP x64, Program Files is find. In Vista they have new security and have locked down the Program Files there ...
BTW .. as of this afternoon/evening (Apr 17 2008 Thru), there are some on-going issues with being able to log in .. Dont mix that in with your problems. See the Turbine forums for details.

I use XP64, and have D:\AC D:\AC\Decal and D:\Ac\Decal\Plugins\
All works well. And for most plugins, I use Uniextract to get at the DLL (and any support files) and put them in a subdir of Plugins, so I don't actually run the installs.
