Anyone know how to turn it off. It just started running in my chat log box and I can't figure out how to turn it off. Uninstall/reinstall didn't help either.

There was no way to fix this. I had to go back to the previous world filter and version of Alinco.

Which version were you using/did you go back to?

alinco 1.4.9.9
filter 1.4.2.1
There were other problems too. It would probably help to just start fresh with a new install, but I wanted all the profiles that I had been using from the past, thus I simply went back to what I knew would work.
