Great program, recently ran into an issue however where customers would have to tell the bot a command twice or begin the dialouge with "help" in order to get the bot to respond.


I reviewed the castaway forums and can confirm that the work around of removing a banned customer and squelching them instead resolves the issue.


Hope this helps any others that were having the same issue.

What version of Castaway are you using?

I think actually now that I am looking at this more, the double commands started with the previous version and when I upgraded to the new version people still had to give double commands (or say help). I had not even considered looking at the ban page since the bot is at my mansion, but after reviewing the forums and seeing that I checked and ta dah!
