Your looking for version 3 of the file, it has 2 different files.
1 makes grenades from single comps, the other works with the peas to make them.

2 different files 1 makes grenades 1 at a time the other uses the pea components to make larger batches.
Every type of craftable arrowhead is now included. Barbed and Chorizite.

A few items still missing from the crafting xp items, as well as some keys and keyrings.
to install extract the contents of the file to your MakeIt! directory and follow the included instructions.
