i dont know if its my computer...or if thier site is down...but decal took a nose dive so i need to re install. any alternates to download it? or is it only at the decaldev site?

It's a problem with the site, not you.
There are no mirrors so I guess you just have to wait.

If the Decal site goes down as mentioned there is no alternate site, you just have to wait for it to come back up.
It's possible that some part of the net in-between you and the decal site is (was) having issues when you checked, it happens.
