Decal prerequisites

Set up a new computer yesterday -- the day decal site down. Decal crashes me when Character Stats or SpellFilter are checked. I remember there are prerequisites and know that is probably the problem. Anyone remember them. Thx, Mishna

Open Decal, click Export, paste here.
If you don't have the latest memlocs, decal either won't work or will crash. Check this thread for a workaround to updating Decal while the site is down.
