So i have been running Decal on a 1998 pent 4, XP, with 128 graphics card and 1 gig of ram and it has been slow. Now i upgraded to a Dell studio 1535 with 256 video card, Vista 64, 4 gigs of ram and it seems to be the same speed. Is there something i am not doing correctly? Isue it for buffing and quest tracker and go arrow, but the speed seems the same, if nothing i can do that suxxor. or am i just an idiot???
