OK well I was one of those people who got banned from ignoring the quest timer being non existant. Yeah in the back of my mind I thought it was wrong, but that is where the entire server could be found and on DT that's where you want to be.

Well I get my account back and I can no longer get ACDC to work.

Error message - "Can't open the data files. Check that they exist and that you have permission to write to them. The program will now exit."

Before I was banned everything worked fine with the occasional crash from logging in and out on Vista 64-bit and running decal sometimes when I hit force rebuff it would just crash everything. That and sometimes tank would just stop working and my guy would just stand there. Everything else worked fine.

Now I can't even get into the game with my other account. The only thing I have done was update decal. No downloads, updates or installs other than updating Decal after the patch.

I run everything as admin and had things working (for the most part) prior to the last patch. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Oh and I have AC and everything along with AC in it's own desktop folder and out of programs x86.

OK I rversed the log in order and now the error message is "Failed to establish connection to the server, Please try again in a few minutes."

usually whenever I get that, I just close out ACDC, then restart it and it works fine.
