Paraduck had created a rare exchanger, I've not used it myself but if the data is stored in an xml it is possible to modify it to handle spell comps.

I don't believe it'll work. I asked Paraduck about the component exchanger when we got the info that it was going in game, and he said that it's possible, but he wouldn't have time to work on it any time soon.

Yeah, it wouldn't take a huge modification, but I don't have time to do it. If someone would be interested in picking it up, I'll be happy to send them the source code (it's C#.)Essentially what you'd have to do is finish implementing a few settings that I didn't complete (for NPC names and such) and add all the spell components to the XML.
