Life Tank issues

Im currently using life tank 11.9.8 and it doesn't cast level 8's. Everything is set up correctly and my character is fully qualified to be casting level 8's and for some reason he wont. I tried downloading 11.9.9 to see if that worked and when using that version of life tank I cant even log in to the game. I've had this problem for over 2 months now and have not been able to figure it out.

What is your magic skills? Also, did you replace the spell files?

Magics are well over 400, in the 420's range. I have not replaced the spell files, gonna give it a try right now. How would I go about doing this?
