It is suppose to ask you if you want to enable that during install. Trying installing again and see if a popup box comes up asking you to enable it.

tryred a couple diffrent times tonight and didn't get it too pop up postings on other sites say i need a new file that isn't corrupted from someone else with windows xp sp 3
