I really like the plugin Tings, it adds alot of useful features to the game (vuln, name, and hp information floating in the 3D game space) but it also spams me every time another plugin or action (like an inventory manager, or my own right click) tries to ID an item. Is there any way to reduce all of this? It doesnt seem like its an actively updated plugin.

The "Suppress Spam" option in the UI doesnt seem to help either.

Right clicking on item to ID is actually the way I use it.

Tings reports whenever ID information is sent by server.

It cannot distinguish between a right click vs another plugin

requesting and ID.


On the Ubers tab you can uncheck Enable which will keep Tings from

reporting on items that are IDed. I assume the other plugin is

providing similiar information.


Suppress Spam is for other plugins that perform frequent IDs on

items toon is wearing.

The plugin could always be changed to use the method alinco uses, that is, only show ID info if the ID'd item is selected.

yeah, like I said I love Tings -- would it be possible to get Vuln information over other players? It would make pvp alot smoother with that information available like it is with mobs.

since you suggestion made sense. I did find a comment in code that i did this cause

I have another plugin checking loot and I wanted Tings to do the reporting.

But I don't need that anymore. If someone else needs then i will put an option checkbox.
