Can't get client to launch....

SO I downloaded the client and wanna play again... What # return does this make it now???
Anyway, I get a subscription up and I log into account. Click on my world and it acts like it will launch. The login box disappears, the client never comes up...
Ideas?

Vista/run as admin/install to games directory rather than program files/corrupt acdc install (reinstall acdc)?

Running XP. not a firewall thing either... not running acdc.... Just trying to get it loaded normal the first time round.
