wtf how do I set this up??? I need a read-me or something. Also keep getting an error on login too by Vtank.

thanks that definitely helped, however, how do you change critter buffs? Also, Vtank won't work for my 2 handed character. It won't let me select his weapon in the items spot.

2h is not yet supported in the 'stable' release of VTank. You need to run the 'bundle' version if you want it to fight with 2h and cast 2h mastery.
