With the new augmentations I have gotten rid of my foci one by one. All was fine until I got rid of the last one - my war foci. As soon as I off-loaded that one, Castaway began asking for old style comps and would not cast unless he had a full complement of old comps - talisman and the like. The quick fix was to go back and buy a foci. I bought the artiface one - and now all is well. Apparently it doesnt matter what foci you have to get the bot to run, you just have to have one of them and the bot works normally. Appears Castaway needs to be updated to recognize the lack of foci.
