Anyone else getting this error? And if so, has anyone figured out how to fix it?

I am getting the error too, it probably just means the site is down for downloading the updated locations or something like that

I reinstalled Vista and got it all working again.
I found the problem to be an update I did to my vid card. It is an ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro. I think if I had just uninstalled the update or did system restore I would have been fine.
This could be your problem.

I just restored the website last night, which is why it's working again
