what happens when you try to load decal and enter the game? The decal bar doesn't show up at all or you crash?

truth. it wont show up at all.. ive done complete reinstalls of AC, Decal and Dual Client

Have you manually run windows update? The automatic updates in XP is flaky at best and does not pull in all of the updates. Try going to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and see if there are any updates available.

This probably isn't causing your problem, but your video driver is kind of out-dated. May want to update it, or you may experience more problems.

my decal wasn't showing up ingame either, i downloaded ac dual client + vbr6runtime (on drakiers site) + .net framework 1.5 or whatever that was on drakiers site and it works now
