System Info:

Windows 7 x64 - Fully Patch
.NET 1.1. SP 1 Slipstreamed and Installed
VB 6 Setup 5 Installed

Problem Info:

I am encountering two issues:

1) Whenever ACDC is loaded, it says that the Performance Counters aren't loaded or whatever and would I like to reload them, so I do.

2) I can run 1 AC client via ACDC, but when I try to open the second, I get an error about only being able to run 1 client at a time. I have tryed to run a secondary client minimum 5 times to no avail.

the missing Performance Counters are causing ACDC not to be able to see when AC is running, thus it cannot properly switch the path for you. In order for ACDC to switch to the second path, it has to first know that the first path is being used.. that is where the Process Performance Counters come into play. ACDC looks at the running processes through the Performance Counters and looks for the AC Client. If it finds it, then it looks at which path it is using, and switches the launcher to use any other available path (in order on the list).

So the root cause of your problem is that it isn't being able to utilize the Process Performance Counters for whatever reason. Fix that and it should fix the logging into a second account problem.
