ISO help with Castaway Spells

Seems that I can get Incantation of Defender to work but not incantation of Spirit Drinker or Heremetic Link on wands.
Heres what I have:

Try it this way

Only casted 3 of the 4 listed below, but no Incantation of Spirit Drinker, I kept Infected Spirit Caress and it does cast that.
