just bought a new computer and got decal installed but it wont work. All the x's are red and when I try to update it tells me that a file is in use. Any thoughts on how i can get this to work? I'm also not so computer savy.

Post a decal export.

Disable user account control or right click and run decal as administrator, then update decal.
