vtank is closing the corpses too fast.....

On my wifes account vtank opens and closes the corpse like super fast. It ID's things to pick up but then does not pick them up.
On my account I am not having this problem.
Is there a setting for loot speed that I am missing?

no there isn't. This is a bug that was produced by Turbine four or five months ago.

She is set up right.... was looting fine before patch now its just opening and closing corpses super fast... if I manually open corpse over and over while running macro it will loot eventualy but dang its fast now...
And again I am having no problems.
