Ala AC2 or WoW. When I quit playing back in 2005 I recall a plugin that did this very thing.. but cant seem to remember the name. Additionally I would like a UI for the fellowship panel in the 3D world that can be used.. Had something like that back in the day also.

By name plates, I mean something very similiar to how Target info draws one, but its only for your current target. I like how it shows vulns, but would like one for all targets, it should include names (for NPC's monsters and players) health and vulns.

I might be dreaming here but I do recall something like this at one point in time.

And the fellowship panel would be very nice.. its so frustrating to have to keep that darn F4 window open.

There's only a few plugin developers around still, and not very many decal (if any) developers. I'm still dabbling, and trying to get stuff to work, but nothing on the 3D window.

Tings allows you to have names,health bar and vulns over critters and people.

I remember there was one that showed the damage and healing in numbers floating off mobs and people. I think it was something like combater. I found one with a similar name but it wasn't the same. I also enjoyed that plugin.

I dont think that was combater, it might have been "Exception" though
