I think its forums.cameron.com
do a google search for asheron's call skunkworks. The script is call dibbot, so you might want to search for that also.

The castaway buffbot program also doubles as a portal bot. You can disable the buffing feature too and have it serve just as a portal bot. Dibbit allows you to switch between multiple characters and summon a ton of portals though from what I've seen.

Castaway only lets you summon the 2 portals that the bot has. Dibbot lets you use every character on the account to summon two portals each.
