Link to decal and other plugins, help please

I'm returning from many years absence and was wondering if I can get a link to download decal and any good programs i should/could be using for UA char - I almost always hunt/quest solo because all of my friends have quit too. Thank you

i don't remember where i found it but i have buff me, findit, quest timer. think i have 1 or 2 others but they must not be used a lot. or i use them w/o seeing them anymore.
