Since the xml file seems to be protected, anyone knows how to add 2hand to the skill list?

Change the security on the file.

If you're trying to edit it while AC is running, it's possible that the file is locked by the plugin. If AC has crashed since you last restarted your computer, it's also possible that the plugin never released the lock. Try closing AC and/or restarting your computer before editing the file.
