It is a known problem if you are using it as your loot engine for VT. If that is the case there doesn't appear to be any work in that direction to correct the problem. Most add all the rares to the trophy list.

works for me and i use vt to loot with the alinco connection.

it worked for me off and on. As I always use vtank for acm, I just added 's crystal and jewel into the trophies. If I ever got a rare weapon/armor, I would actually catch it and pause vtank. But, I have yet to even see a rare weapon or armor on MT.
