My lifetank won't cast full 8s

It does full banes, prots, and critter spells with lvl 8s, but it buffs my wand, and health/stam/mana regens with lvl 7s.
Is there some setting I missed or does it just not buff with these spells?

u have to edit the spells.xml files to fix them.. they are set up wrong. and the new level 8 weapon buffs are missing. so they have to added.
