I have been having no issues at all with the dual logging, and decal working on both accounts up until I re-ran the Virindi bundle installer to get the Virindi hot key system installed.
Now, when i log into the first account, all goes well, but when getting into the second account, the Virindi Hud's are no longer working on the second account.
I hope my explanation makes sense, because im not sure what to adjust, add, or remove to make it work again... I like the ability to track the XP Made on my pet mage(I use vtank to have second account follow me around while playing..) but now without the hud's its not easy to do..
Any ideas would be great..

Nevermind, I have solved the issue. Close all clients and run the bundle installer again.

You sir, are amazing... thanks a million.. 
Now, I am running vista...
another odd item, not sure if this will affect anything or not, but the Virindi View service bootstrap, is showing version number 99.99.99.99 in both decal, and the installer..
anyway, its all working great now, thanks you ever so much for your time, and effort..
