looks liek alinco deleted all the rules across my characters on 3 accounts some how? can anyone give me ne tips or is it possible for someone to upload their alinco lists?

Can you reinstall? That should restore all of the default rules at least.

This does tend to happen now and then. I think I've had it happen to me twice, but not for quite awhile now.
I highly recommend that anyone who uses Alinco3 to back up the Alinco3 folder that's in your My Documents\Decal Plugins folder.

You might be able to restore the settings if you have Windows 7 (maybe Vista works too). Find Alinco's settings file (in My Documents\Decal Plugins\Alinco3\), right click on it, and choose Restore previous versions. See if there's an old version with the settings in it.

one ohter thing to consider is if you switched from world to char based rules (or that flag/bit got switched). check cause if you were on world and changed to non world or vice versa all you rules are there just not visible under the new setting.
