d3dx9_30.dll problem

I can turn decal on and update everything but when i try to get on a server everything crashes and says i dont have a d3dx9_30.dll. Guessing i just need to find one and install it? any one know were i can find this?

Probably installed DirectX 9.0c on his Win7 install.

Yeah, installing DirectX 9.0c on my machine fixed that same error.
