Three things that you can try that I see off hand.
1) update your video drivers. They are way out of date.
2) uninstall the virindi view service. (look on virindi's website under advanced options)
3) the acdc core filter is disabled. Try enabling that or uninstalling ACDC altogether.

EDIT: You may want to increase your video resolution. If I remember right there are some plugins that will not work below 1024x768.
