OK i've been out of ac for a while the main reason was lack of a buffing util like NB. anyway i was curious about a few things to see if i want to come back. first are there any good buffing utils out there similar to NB? and are there any sites still updating what utils are available and by whom?

Yes, there are buffing utilities. They don't equip or unequip gear (other than the casting device) but they are just as good. Yes, there is a list of utilities being maintained on the Wiki. http://asheron.wikia.com/wiki/ACC_Wiki_Home
