What do you mean by "other windows"? You mean Outside AC? I created one but it didn't generate any interest so I abandoned it.

If you're interested I have a dll you can use or the source code and let you fool with it yourself.

if you're talking about the other windows inside of AC, virindi chat will do that. Not sure about the syntax for the command, but you can set up all kinds of filters

All chat can be suppressed or redirected to one of the chat windows via your user control panel. Also, Alinco3 allows you to direct chat output to specific windows (it allows you to change text colors, too).

Is that what you were asking? If you want to output chat to another Windows window, from multiple clients, I don't think you can. If it possible, all of the multi-account UCM's would never have to worry about missing +Envoy tells to an inactive window.
