decal error when loading

Hey all, coming back after 7 years. Have a problem with decal. Im currently runing windows vista and when I load decal it gives me a error saying its missing a .xml file. I went to the site, and saved all the updated files to the decal folder, but still recive this error. Im able to update the files through the program.

Howdy and welcome back 
I can't help you directly, but there's a ton of AC/Decal/Vista posts here that will set you straight. They won't be hard to find

Did you follow the sticky for vista listed at the top of message of these forums? If so post a decal export so we can see what is going on.
EDIT: oops that is mainly for devs. Anyway, the general rule of thumb is to install anything that deals with AC into c:\games. This would be AC, decal, and all plug ins. Once you do that and if it isn't working still post a decal export here.
