	hey I just did a fresh install of lifetank on a fresh vista 64bit machine with fresh decal and fresh ac...I noticed as I was setting up my loot stuff under the Salvages that Amber was not listed. 	Yup.. sorry.. Lifetank hasn't been supported for like 3 years. Best you can do is post here and hope that someone (like the previous poster) has any suggestions.
