I'm a Danish land Surveyor who played AC since beta, but never had the time to create maps for AC community. That has changed so I'm looking for a mapping tool. I'm having issues running ACmapper v1.9 since my OS is win7 64 bit.
I had been wondering about creating them in ESRI ArcGIS. This is why I post here, since I wanted to hear what AC cartographers is using to create maps with atm.

There is no other 'official' or widely used mapping system.


I'm not familiar with the software you referenced, but we might

be able to get your ACMapper running. Can you tell us what 'issues'

are taking place? Please give us TOO much information!

I also have Win7 64-bit and ACMapper functions without a problem. Did you try to run it in compatibility and as an administrator?

that would be cool, im in school for GIS and I use ArcGIS as well, would be cool to mess around with

Hey guys,

Thanks for the info, ect. I'll get back to you about my AC mapper installing problems if I do not figure away around it. Yea would love to run/update a elevation based map of Dereth. I'll look into and write Turbine about my idea.
