Win7 x64.. installed to C:/Games/blahblah, everything run as administrator, everything installed as administrator, et cetera..
any ideas?

Having the exact same problem, all other programs work perfect.
Mule Trade It! resets all points information and pricing data after logging out. When engaged by a customer it acts normally until they request price information on an item and it responds saying it doesn't have that item.

Verify you have the correct versions of msmxml on your system. This is the most common cause.

Yup, that was my problem on 64bit Win 7
