Back from the past! What Decal plugins can I use (Win7,x64)

I've got AC Working and Decal Installed (still untested). What plugins are still around and will work?
I don't remember the names of everything I used to use. I remember Bandit Sight but that's about it.
At the very least I'd like to have:
1. Plugin for buffing
2. Plugin for finding loot of the right profile on a corpse (and finding certain critters, etc.)
3. Plugin for pathfinding/routes to places.
Can someone point me to what I need and remind me of the names.
