can anyone explain to me the correct way to save a loot profile or modified loot rules? i have sereval instances now where it gets reset and i have redo everything.

First, with Alinco3 it's very important to backup your profile after creating it. (Just copy the Alinco folder that's in your documents folder somewhere.)

Second, when creating your profile, only be logged into one account and then close that account completely when you are done.

Third, be careful when logging in and out of multiple accounts. Every time I have lost my profile, it's happened when I was logging in and out too fast across multiple accounts.

Fourth, if you do lose your profile, use your backup copy to restore it.

after the novemeber patch 2010 i get no looting in alinco. i normaly used this with Virindi. but after the patch i can't add a salvage or mob. is there any update on this?

i tried both 1.8 and 1.10

the most important thing is once you've done something to change your profile in Alinco, log out and back in. Any changes are not saved to the config until you log out.
