You can now enter in a different base skill level for each tinkering skill instead of having just one that you would need to change if say your Weapon tinkering wasn't as high as your Armor Tinkering or whatever.
I also made it so that it saves the base skill level so that you don't have to enter it in each time you start up the program. The same goes for the buffs. You enter in what you use on the Buffs tab and it will remember for the next time you open up the program.
I've also added Gear Crafting and more.
There are some things that I am not 100% sure about. I may have a small bug that makes your buffed skill 1 point off, though I may have been wearing a Sigil of Fury or something at the time and didn't take that into account. I haven't had a chance to play with the Gear Crafting yet to see how the numbers look for it. If they are way off, I'll blame the person who told me what the salvage modifier is for the armatures.

For the Aura of the Craftsman and the Aura of the Specialist, those numbers may end up being off. I took a guess on how those get added in, but if someone who has actually gotten those can let me know if they are off or not, that would be great.
Also, if anyone notices anything else that's off or if something doesn't seem to work right, just let me know.
